MMPC
manufactures both "under-the-hood" products, from engineering plastics
(polycarbonates, GF nylons, PET, PPO, etc.) to “class-A” decorative
parts, such as acrylic instrument lens and
bezels. Secondary operations, such as sonic &
vibration welding, hot
stamping and pad
printing, are used extensively.
In addition, we utilize our expertise for
in-molded decorative appliqués and metal inserts.
MMPC has the unique capability and technology to in-mold
chrome plated bezels in instrument clusters to eliminate BSR issues.
Many
of our automotive customers rely on our in-house
3-D Modeling
prototyping capabilities and design/development services.
