Quality TS 16949:2002

Master Molded Products Corporation with a long tradition of excellence: designs, engineers, and manufactures value-added plastic products. This will be accomplished while maintaining the highest levels of quality, professionalism, and business ethics.

On March 17, 2008 MMPC was granted certification to the TS-16949 standard for the manufacture of plastic injection molded products, Certificate # DNV 23378-2008-AQ-USA-IATF effective through March 16, 2011.

Since November 19, 2003 MMPC has been certified to  IS0 9001:2000. This registration covers the Quality Management system quality standards for the design, and manufacture and assembly of injection molded thermoplastics products. Certificate # DNV 23386-2008-AQ-USA-ANAB effective through March 16, 2011.

ISO14001:2004  Status

  With the recognition that our environment is important to all, Master Molded Products Corp. on November 6, 2002 achieved registration to the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.  Certificate number: CERT-0029423 effective through November 10, 2011.

        Supplier Quality Manual  

Master Molded Products Corp. has developed a detailed Supplier Quality  Manual. This manual explains MMPC expectations and supplier requirements. The complete manual can be printed by clicking: Supplier Quality Manual.

All suppliers of MMPC need to completely review the Supplier Quality Manual document (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) sign the Supplier Acknowledgement page, and fax or email to the attention of: Materials Manager at:847-695-9707.

The Supplier Quality Manual has information on the following subjects:

1. PPAP submission requirements.

2. Required shipping documentation.

3. Containment and Corrective action process.

4. Supplier audit guidelines.

5. Supplier charge backs for downtime.
