SAVE MONEY WITH OFFSHORE TOOLING!!
Master Molded Products Corp. can now build your molds at our partner tool shops in Asia! MMPC tooling and project engineers at our facility in Elgin Illinois, with our onsite project managers in Shanghai, will guide your tooling project with the same technical precision and dedication as if it were being built domestically.
We employ the same proven mold design and project management techniques for our Asian molds as we do for domestically built molds. Molds are designed and built in China to the same exacting specifications for production in our molding facility in Elgin Illinois. This is accomplished by doing the following:
- Complete mold design review and approval prior to mold construction by MMPC tooling engineers.
- Specification of European or Japanese tool steels to ensure long life and durability.
- Use of standard, readily available mold components.
- On Site project management and a minimum 24hr run off prior to tool shipment and approval.
Master Molded Products Corp, will guarantee depending on part complexity and cavitations, 1 to 3 million shots that if your tool is sourced overseas it will run and function for years, as if it were built originally in North America.
Remember …..Chinese molds built in China for production of parts in China ARE NOT THE SAME as the Asian molds MMPC builds for production in the U.S.A.
LET US DEMONSTRATE HOW OUR OFF SHORE TOOLING PARTNERS CAN SAVE YOU MONEY WITH A QUALITY MOLD AND ENSURE YOUR PRODUCTS SUCCESS!!!

May 6th, 2001 - Cinema "Vader" not the only one sweeping across America this summer
Elgin, IL... The villain in the classic George Lucas film isn't the only one with injection molded plastic accessories. An Illinois company is behind the latest product to help consumers in their everyday lives, a product that has families in Florida and other select markets rushing back to the store for more.
Master Molded Products Corporation -- a 55-year old Elgin-based thermoplastic injection molding company -- worked with Dean Foods to develop the Picklevator,™ an elevator for pickles. The plastic serving basket is located inside the jar of Peter Piper™ brand pickles.
"We were fortunate to work with such a successful company to develop this innovative product that has become so popular in the markets where it is available," said a spokesperson for Dean Foods. "The Picklevator manufactured by MASTER MOLDED PRODUCTS has made our pickles better than the competitors because of its convenience for consumers. Families no longer have to play 'chase the pickles' around the pickle jar."
The company has the capability to custom produce a "turnkey" product from concept to production. In addition to the Picklevator, MASTER MOLDED PRODUCTS molds overcaps, dispensing closures, threaded caps, child restraint packaging and thin-wall containers.

May 6th, 2001 - Master Molded Products behind number one skin care container - Unique packaging contributes to success of Bioré facial cleansing cloths
Elgin, IL... The Bioré skin care products are tops in their market sector in part because of the packaging -- manufactured by Elgin, IL based Master Molded Products -- according to industry officials.
Master Molded Products created the Bioré tub for Andrew Jergen's Bioré facial cleansing cloths, a product that is number one in its category.
The Bioré product was a unique challenge for Master Molded Products. Currently, there is no other one-piece tub on the market that splits in the middle like the Bioré tub does.
The 55-year-old company has the capability to custom produce a "turnkey" product from concept to production. In addition to the Bioré tub, Master Molded Products molds overcaps, dispensing closures, threaded caps, child restraint packaging, and thin-wall containers.
